Welcome to my psychotherapy practice. It is both a privilege and honor to be part of a profession that plays a pivotal role in many people's lives. I offer a safe and private place for you to face your life challenges, find better ways to cope, and therefore improve the quality of your life.
I specialize in working with adults and adolescents faced with a number of life challenges. My focus is on helping people cope and deal effectively with relationship issues such as, but not limited to, marital discord, marital separation, divorce, parent-child dynamics, co-parenting, step-parenting, blended families, co-habitation, and dating.
I have an extensive background in this profession working with all sorts of people, experiencing a huge range of problems from severe traumas to daily struggles. I use a mix of practical and process-oriented approaches to help each client develop better insight and tools to make changes in their lives.

Payments are made at each session. Currently I accept only cash or checks. Credit cards will be accepted in the near future. Invoices are available for out -of -network insurance.

I have years of training/experience working at clinics such as Parental Stress Service, Family Services of The East Bay, and Horizon Services. I also worked specifically with the adolescent population at Lion's Gate and Alameda County Juvenile Hall.
